细菌编码方法对非发酵菌的鉴定与分析
The code for identification of non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria
【摘要】 目的 :根据非发酵菌新的分类知识 ,建立细菌鉴定编码 ,并探讨编码在该类细菌鉴定中的应用。方法 :采用自编的编码与API2 0NE对 97株非发酵菌进行对比鉴定。结果 :两者菌种鉴定符合率为 74 .2 % ,菌属鉴定符合率为 84 .5 %。结论 :本编码与API鉴定结果有较好的一致性 ,且鉴定成本低廉 ,可以在临床实验室推广使用。
【Abstract】 Objective:According to the new taxonomic a code was established for identification of non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria.The problem of code identification was analyzed.Methods:The code was evaluated in comparison with API20NE by using 97 clinical isolates.Results:Agreement at species and genus was 74.2% and 84.5%,respectively.Conclusions:The code has a good agreement with API.The code is more advance in the bacterial taxonomic and cheaper in the cost and it can be used in clinical.
