【Abstract】 Many malignant tumors cause bone metastases frequently and bring about such complications as bone pain?pathological bone fracture?spinnal cord compression and hypercalcemia,etc.Biphosphonates are the most ordinary drugs used in bone metastases,zoledronic acid,a new nitrogen is containing bisphosphonate,was confirmed as the most potent for inhibiting bone absorption in all of the drugs update.In this article,we reviewed the progress of zoledronic acid in treating cancer bone metastases.更多还原
