【摘要】 通过对广东省高校体育教育专业毕业生就业状况进行分析研究。结果表明:毕业生的就业愿望与实际需要存在着对立的矛盾;毕业生离校前有半数以上未能就业,特别是专科生就业及其困难;毕业生的签约单位集中于学校,就业范围狭窄;毕业生就业指导和服务工作整体发展不够,特别是功能完善的计算机信息网络还没有建立,致使高校毕业生就业市场、人才市场和劳动力市场的相互贯通还没有实现;近半数毕业生对国家毕业生政策不够满意,对此,提出了改革措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article makes a research on the situation of employment market for graduates of physical education in Guangdong Province. The result shows that some problems are existing,such as contradictory between the wishes of graduates and the needs of society,the limited range for employment,computer information net with perfect function has not been established,most of graduates are not satisfied with the policy and so on.
