气浮探头气膜流场的有限元数值模拟
Numerical simulation of gas film flow fielding in air cushion probe with FEM
【摘要】 建立了气膜流场中气体流动的数学模型,在提出了一系列假设条件的前提下,得到了气膜间隙中气体流动的控制方程,即简化的纳维尔斯托克斯方程及边界条件;采用有限元法对气膜流场进行了有效的数值模拟计算,初步实现了根据外负载的要求来确定气浮探头装置的性能参数。
【Abstract】 Mathematical model of gas flow in the gas film was set up,and under a series of hypothesis,control equation of gas flow in the gap of gas film,that is the simplified Navier-Stokes equation and boundary conditions were obtained.An effective numerical simulation was applied to flow field of gas film with finite element method (FEM),which realized the preliminary determinatrion of the property parameters of air cushion probe device according to the requirment of external load.
