【Abstract】 In principle,content and method,the valuation method of engineering volume list(EVL) is quite different from the previous one which adopted quota valuation mode.Its features have been presented as that it can benefit the developing of enterprises,make the engineering tenders public and fair,simplify the read and edit working of the budget and final accounts.The practical demands have been described including ensuring the accurace of working out the EVL,establishing the offer clarification system of EVL,clearing the professional environment and enhacing the quality of the employed.The risk prevent and to make perfect the profession rules were discussed.更多还原
