多相共存纳米氧化铝粉体的特殊液相沉淀法制备
Preparation of multiphase nanometer alumina powders by special liquid-phase precipitation method
【摘要】 通过液相反应胶粒析出机理分析,首次采用快速高强度机械混合液相沉淀法技术制备了小粒径(平均2nm)无定型氢氧化铝纳米粉体。经900℃焙烧,获得多相共存纳米氧化铝。在制备过程中,采用适当的高强度混合和反应液浓度可加强浆料过滤性,从而大大节省了时间,得到小粒径纳米氧化铝粉末。
【Abstract】 A precipitation method of high speed!strength mechanical mixture liquid-phase was firstly adopted for preparing the small diameter(average 2 nm) of the unformed alumina powders by the analysis of nucleation mechanism of colloid.After 900 ℃ sintering,the multiphase nanometer alumina was obtained.In the process of preparation,the ability to filtrate liquid can be improved by the proper concentration of the reactant and adoption of high strength mechanical mixture.By the way the time of preparation is saved and a small diameter nanometer alumina is gained.
