【Abstract】 The influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and L.sprengeri/water ratio on the extraction rate of active polysaccharide in L.sprengeri was studied by an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that with the extraction condition of ultrasonic waves action, being abstracted by 95 ℃,3h, and 50:1(adding water),the polysaccharide yield was pretty high.更多还原
