创新高校管理机制 实现工作重心下移
To Create the Administrating System and Realize the Down-Shift of Working Center in Higher Schools
【摘要】 高校管理体制中存在一些亟待解决的问题,必须确立以人为本的管理理念,转变思想观念,创新管理机制,实现高校管理工作重心下移,提高管理水平和办学效益。
【Abstract】 There are some problems eager to be solved in the administrating system in higher schools.Therefore the administrating idea of humanism must be set up,the old-fashioned thinking must be innovated.In addition,to reform the administrating system and fulfill the shift of undertaking centers are really in want to improve the managing qualities and effects of educational undertaking.
