亚甲蓝湿式氧化影响因素研究

【摘要】 以湿式氧化技术对亚甲蓝水溶液进行处理,用水样COD去除率评价处理效果。考察了反应时间、温度、氧分压、搅拌速度、进水pH值以及进水浓度对处理效果的影响,并进行机理分析。实验确定的最佳操作工艺条件为:反应温度210℃、氧分压2.0MPa、搅拌速度880r/min、进水pH=11.30。在此条件下,COD为2000mg/L的亚甲蓝水溶液,反应90min时COD去除率达93.2%。

【Abstract】 This paper is aimed to introduce the author’s study on factors that influence WAO. Experiments indicate that COD removing rate increases with the increase of the reaction time, temperature, oxygen partial pressure, inflow water pH value and consistency. The influence of stirring speeds can top a best value of 880 rounds per minute. What is more, this paper has also analyzed the reaction mechanisms and proven the optimal operational technical conditions: the optimal reaction temperature is 210 ℃, the oxygen pressure is 2.0 MPa, the inflow water pH value-11.30, and the best stirring speeds -880 r/min. Under the above conditions, the disposed printing and dyeing simulative waste water with the COD 2 000 mg/L, after 90 minutes, its COD removal rate would reach 93.2%. The consistency of waste water caused by printing and dyeing is thick with deep chroma, as to make it an important source leading to environment pollution. Methylthionine chloride watery solution is similar to the dyestuffs of printing and dyeing in chemical production. As we know, wet air oxidation (WAO) is an advanced oxidation technology for reducing the hazardous, toxic, nocuous and non-biodegradable organic contamination in the sewage treatment at high temperature(125-320 ℃) and high pressure (0.5-20 MPa). With oxygen or air being used as an oxidizer in this condition, organic contaminants can be decomposed as carbon dioxide, water or other inorganic compounds, or small organic particles. In this paper, printing and dyeing simulative waste water is disposed by using the WAO technology with the disposed effect highly evaluated by its COD removal rates and its detailed analysis of the above many factors influencing the WAO reaction efficiency.
