海水中CO的光致生成和生物氧化的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了海水中CO的光致生成和生物氧化的研究进展。介绍了海水中的有色溶解有机物(CDOM)的成分、光学性质、光化学性质、海水中CO光致生成的产量和影响因素、海水中CO生物氧化的机理、影响因素及其动力学反应的一级速率常数KCO。指出了当前研究的问题点所在,进而对未来的研究提出了展望。

【Abstract】 This article reviews the research advances in photoproduction and bio-oxidation of carbon monoxide in ocean waters. It has also introduced the update advances in the study of the ocomposition, optical and photochemical characteristics of CDOM, as well as the yields and relative factors of the photochemical CO production. Meanswhile, the article covers the mechanism, the affecting factors of bio-oxidation, as well as its first-order consumption rate constants of CO in ocean waters. In addition, controversial problems are mentioned and research prospects are discussed. As is known, CO in seawater is produced primarily through the solar photolysis of color-dissolving organic matter and then may get lost by microbial oxidation and gas exchange. Microbial consumption is the dominant sink of CO in seawater as compared with air-seawater exchange under the normal turbulent conditions at the sea surface. Factors affecting the photoproduction and bio-oxidation of CO in seawater are also analysed. AQYCO can probably be considerably affected by the concentrations of dissolved oxygen, total Fe, temperature, and light dose and its intensity. Besides, the Photo-Fenton reaction is found to be responsible for significant amount of OH production in iron-rich solutions of DOM to bleach the DOM. And, finally, four approaches are suggested to measure the microbial consuption rate constants.
