制造竹刨花活性炭的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Activated Carbon from Bamboo Shavings
【摘要】 以竹刨花为原料,水蒸气物理法、磷酸转炉法和磷酸微波法生产出的活性炭各有特点,物理法的碘值高,但焦糖脱色率很小;两种化学法 3项指标都比较好,其中亚甲基蓝脱色力和焦糖脱色率都超过了国家一级品标准。用盐酸洗涤活性炭,能大大降低灰分,改进其质量指标。
【Abstract】 The activated carbon from bamboo shavings shows different quality by the methods of steam activation, phosphoric acid-spinning stove and phosphoric acid-microwave. The iodine number by steam activation is the biggest,but the decolorizing capacity of caramel adsorption is small. The three indicators of two kinds of chemical methods are all high. The decolorizing capacity of metylene blue and caramel adsorption exceed the national standard.The ash can be reduced greatly by the way of washing with hydrochloric acid.
