【摘要】 近年来,大学生心理健康问题呈上升趋势。高校教育工作者应当认真分析其原因,探索这一问题的有效对策,有针对性的开展工作。

【Abstract】 In recent years,College students’ problems in mental health tends to rise.Teaching staff in colleges should analyze the reasons,explore the effective countermeasares and educate students pertinently.
