【Abstract】 Since establishing,the principle of sovereign rights has been playing an important role in the safeguarding either in state independence and united or in the stability of the international situation.As an irresistible historical trend,globalization is pounding at society in every aspect.And it changes the situation of politics,economy and the unit of social culture quickly among the national countries.It also put a severe challenge to the traditional sovereign theory.The new outlook in the world is emerging one after another.About strengthening the sovereignty or not,each sticks to his own view.They have their own theoretical bases,but they don’t form a unified theory.In the contradictory course of globalization,each national country regards the supremacy of national benefits as principle.On the one hand,they are defending full sovereignty;on the other hand,they are probing a new developing model of its theory.更多还原
