【摘要】 目的比较加工炮制对白芍不同饮片中芍药苷含量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Nova-PakC18,流动相:甲醇-水溶液(30∶70);流速:0.8ml.min-1;检测波长:230nm,柱温为25℃。结果各样品中,以生白芍中芍药苷含量为高(4.12%);各炮制品中以麸炒白芍中芍药苷含量为高(2.67%)。加样回收率为99.49%,RSD为0.46%,相关系数r=0.9996。结论白芍临床以麸炒制品入药为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 AimTo compare the effect of different processing methods on the content of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba.MethodsThe HPLC method was used for the determination.Chromatographic condition includes:Nova-pak C₁₈column,methanol-water（3070）as a mobile phase,UV detector wa-velength at 230 nm,25 column temperature and 0.8 mlmin^-1 of flow rate.ResultsThe content of paeoniflor in of the sheng-baishaopian was the highest among all samples.The content of paeoniflorin of the fuchao-baoshao was the highest among all processed products.Its recovery was 99.49% and RSD was 0.46%.The correlation coefficient was 0.9996.ConclusionIt is better to use radix paeoniae alba in the form of the fuchao-baishao in clinic.更多还原
