【摘要】 目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类错病例拔牙组,非拔牙组与拔牙指数(EI)的相关性。方法选择矫治成功的安氏Ⅱ类错畸形病例113例,分组作EI的回顾性检验。结果EI对总样本的72.92%作出了正确的预测,而在轻度拥挤组中正确预测为81.48%,拥挤组中为61.90%。结论EI在错矫治设计拔牙与非拔牙决策中有一定的指导意义.但忽略了拥挤度因素。在诊断设计时,还应进行模型拥挤度的分析、综合判断来决定是否拔牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the significance of extraction index(EI) in clinic application. A comparison was made to analyze the relativity between the extraction index(EI) and the group of extraction and nonextraction in the treatment of class Ⅱmalocclusion after. MethodsData were obtained from 113 cases after successful treatment with class Ⅱmalocclusion, analyzed with a retrospective test of EI. Results The EI had a correct forecast in 72.92% percent of the sample,81.4% in the slight congestion group,61.90% in the congestion group. ConclusionsEI has some guidance in clinic applying in the extraction of the malocclusion design , but the concept of the congestion is neglected.The congestion should be analyzed to make a decision.更多还原
