【摘要】 目的　探讨非诺贝特胶囊中非诺贝特的含量测定方法。方法　采用HPLC法 ,用CLC ODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以水 (用磷酸调节pH为 2 5 ) 乙腈 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 2 86nm波长处检测。结果　线性范围为 6 2～ 98 9g·L-1(r=0 9999,n =5 )。平均回收率为 10 0 1% ,RSD =0 4 3% (n =3)。检测限为 0 0 2mg·L-1。结论　HPLC法具有操作简便 ,分析快速准确、干扰小等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim A HPLC method was established for the determination of Fenofibrate in its Capsules. Method Fenofibrate can be separated on CLC-ODS column with distilled water (with phosphoric acid adjust pH to 2.5) and a cetonitrile (30 ∶70) as mobile phase and detected at 286 nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 6.2～98.9 mg·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 . The average recovery was 100.1% and 0.43% respectively. The detection limit was 0.02 mg·L -1 .Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.更多还原
