【摘要】 目的　建立一种高效液相色谱法测定二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液有关物质。方法　以ODS -C18为固定相 ,磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 5 8) -乙腈 -四氢呋喃 (978∶2 0∶2 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 10nm。结果　该方法灵敏度高 ,精密度好。结论　该法能有效检测二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺有关物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination related compounds of erthylenediamine diaceturate injection.Methods In this study, ODS-C 18 was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixture composed of phosphate cushion solution(pH 5.8): Acetonitrile: Terahydrofuran(978∶20∶2),and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The method is shown to be sensitive and accurate by method sample analysis.Conclusion The HPLC method recommended in this paper is reliable for testing related compounds in erthylenediamine diaceturate injection.更多还原
