【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜临床应用技术。方法采用输尿管导管引导,手控水压扩张法直接进镜,治疗223例输尿管疾病。结果输尿管镜用于诊断14例,治疗输尿管结石198例,成功率94%,并发症发生率4.4%。结论输尿管镜治疗输尿管疾病,手术成功率高,可简化操作,损伤小。在输尿管疾病诊治中具有重要临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical use of the ureteroscopy.Methods We put the ureteroscopy in to the ureter directly under guidance of the ureteral cathetern and with hand-controlled water pressure dilation of the ureter.The clinical use of ureteroscopy of 223 cases of ureter disease were treated with ureteroscopy.Results Ureterocopy was successfully applied for diagnoses 14 cases,treatment with stone in ureter 198 cases.The rate of success was 94%.Complications were observed 4.4%.Conclusion The method was not only easy,to operate but also efficient and safe.Ureteroscopy has much great singnicance in the diagnosis and treatment of ureter disease.更多还原
