【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术(TCRE)治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的临床价值。方法1999年7月～2004年12月在我院因AUB行TCRE手术86例,所有患者术后门诊随访,了解临床疗效。结果79例满意,7例不满意,总体满意率为93.5%。不满意患者经药物治疗后症状改善明显,1例子宫肌腺症患者因痛经行子宫切除。结论TCRE是治疗无生育要求的AUB患者的安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of surgery on women with transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE).Methods From July 1999 to December 2004,there were 86 cases of TCRE for abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB).Results The satisfaction rate for the operation was 93.5%.7 cases had been treated by drugs as a result of recurrence. 1 case which proved adenomyosis was finally received hysterectomy.Conclusion TCRE is a safe and effective treatment for AUB patients who had mo desire for fertility.更多还原
