【摘要】 目的介绍重型颅脑损伤治疗经验。方法通过我院1996～2004年收治的60例重型颅脑损伤,分析总结治疗方法及其治疗效果。结果60例中,急诊手术41例。治愈及好转27例,轻残19例,死亡14例。结论早期诊断、正确选择治疗方法及手术方法,配以积极的综合治疗,能明显改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce our experiences in the treatment of severe cerebral injury.Methods 60 cases were analyzed retrospectively which entered our hospital 8 years later.Results In all of 60 cases, 41 cases were operated, and 27 cases had good recovery, 19 cases had mild disability, 14 cases died.Conclusions Early diagnosis, correct treatment methods and active general treatment can enhance prognosis.更多还原
