【摘要】 目的研究不同体重指数(BMI)范围的高血压患者其胰岛β细胞早期分泌相的改变。方法选取2003年在我院门诊和住院的高血压患者70例,将其按体重指数分为3组:A组BMI<25,B组BMI25～30,C组BMI>30;通过注射左旋精氨酸(L-ARG),观察胰岛β细胞早期分泌相的改变。结果B组与A组相比,空腹胰岛素(INS)和C-肽(C-P)均明显升高(P<0.01),C组与B组相比,亦有明显差异(P<0.05);L-ARG刺激试验后,B、C两组峰时延迟;B组与A组相比,各时间点的INS和C-P比空腹增加值之和()明显升高(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者的体重指数越大,高胰岛素血症就越严重,胰岛β细胞早期分泌功能就越差,发生糖尿病的危险就越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the alteration of the early secretory phase of islet β-cell among the hypertensive patients.Methods Taking 70 hypertensive patients of our hospital in 2003 into the three groups according to their body weight index(BMI).Group A,BMI<25;In Group B,BMI is 25～30 and in Group C,BMI>30.After the injection of L-arginine(L-ARG),these patients were observed to find the alternation of the early secretory phase of islet β-cell.Results Compared with the group A,the fasting insulin(INS) and C-peptide(C-P)risen up obviously(P<0.01).Compared with the group B,the obvious difference is found (P<0.05).After the irritation of L-ARG,the peak time among the patients in the groups B and C was delayed.Compared with the group A,the sum of the increments of ins and c-p at every time point()increased significantly in group B.(P<0.05).Conclusion the higher the hypertensive patient’s body weight index is,and the more serious his/her hyper-insulinemia is,and the worse the early secretory function of islet β-cell is,and finally the more danger to have diabetes.更多还原
