【摘要】 目的探讨老年人肺结核的基本情况,提高对老年人肺结核的防治意识。方法采用临床资料分析的方法,对我院近2年来收治的349例老年肺结核病人进行分析。结果老年肺结核患者以Ⅲ型为主,复治率达58.2%;耐多药病例占总病例的25.5%,占涂阳病例的43.6%;合并基础疾病主要为慢阻肺、糖尿病、心血管疾病。结论老年肺结核病人复治比例偏大,耐多药率高,合并症多、诊断困难,应是我国结核病防治的重点人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the situation of aged TB patients in hopes of enhancing public understanding on the prevention and cure of TB in old people.Method To analyze the data collected from 349 cases of aged TB patients in Anhui TB hospital.Results Patients with TB Type Ⅲ constitues the majority of aged TB patients and the re-treatment reaches 58.2%;case of MDR makes up 25.5% of the total number of patients while accounts for 43.6% of all the s+ cases;the major are complicated by COPD?diabetes?disease of heart and blood vessel.Conclusion With the high rate in re-treatment?MDR?large number in complecates and difficulty diagnose,the aged TB patient should be the key community of TB prevention and cure in China.更多还原
