【摘要】 目的分析了解老年患者院内感染状况及其影响因素,以引起重视降低院内感染的发生率和病死率。方法对我院2897例60岁以上住院病人进行回顾性调查。结果发生院内感染102例,感染率为3.52%,121例次、例次感染率为4.18%,其中下呼吸道感染率最高为56.20%(68/121),其他依次为胃肠道、口腔、泌尿道、术后伤口、皮肤软组织和其他。结论老年患者因机体免疫功能受损减退,同时伴有多种基础疾病,故院内感染发生率高,严重伴发症多见,病死率高,临床医务人员应引起高度重视,采取综合措施加以预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the condition of senile patients and effective factors,to reduce occurrences of nosocomial infection and died in beds.Methods To survey retrospectively of total 2897 cases which were above 60 years old inour hospital.Results 102 cases occurred in nosocomial infection,the rate of infection was 35.2%,and 121 infected sites(4.18%)existed,thereinto the highest of lower respiratory tract was 56.20(68/121),in turns gastrointestinal tract infection,mouth,urinary tract,wound infections,skin parenchyma and others.Conclusion The rate of senile patients nosocomial infection & dead are more high because of the decrease inmunological function and underlying disease,so clincial should take more effective measures to prevent infection occurrence.[更多还原
