人子宫内膜异位症NOD-SCID鼠模型的建立
Establishment of animal model of endometriosis
【摘要】 目的 探讨采用人在位子宫内膜及异位子宫内膜建立子宫内膜异位症动物模型的可行性。方法 获取人分泌晚期在位子宫内膜及人异位子宫内膜种植于NOD -SCID鼠腹部皮下 ,随机分成 4组 ,分别在 2、4、6、8周取出其皮下移植物行病理检查。结果 3 2只小鼠均存活 ,有 15只小鼠皮下在位内膜移植物经HE染色可见明显的子宫内膜腺体和间质 ,成功率为 93 .75 %。而异位内膜移植物仅见到纤维结缔组织。结论 用人在位内膜建立NOD -SCID小鼠子宫内膜异位症模型成功率高 ,模型性状显著且稳定。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the implanted animal model of human endometriosis.Methods The eutopic and ectopic endometrium were implanted subcutaneously in the abdomen of NOD-SCID mice.The mice were randomly divided into four groups.The implant was saved for pathology examination at 2nd、4th、6th、8th weeks.Results 32 mice survived,Succesfull subcutaneous implantation of eutopic endometrium was observed in 15 of 16(93.75%)NOD-SCID mice.haematoxylin-eosin staining of implanting lesions demonstrated the presence of endometrial glandular tissue in a background of stromal cells.But fibre was observed only in the implant of ectopic endometrium.Conclusion The establishment of animal model of endometriosis with eutopic endometrium is successful.
