【摘要】 目的了解我省流动人口结核病发病与管理情况,为控制结核病流行提供依据。方法对安徽省1999~2003年的法定传染病订正年报表进行对比分析。结果近几年流动人口中结核病人绝对数逐年递增,流动人口中结核病人报告增长远高于全省结核病人报告增长,流动人口结核病的查痰率40%~70%。结论加强流动人口的结核病管理,是我省控制结核病疫情的一项重要工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand status of tuberculosis incidence of migrants and management of the cases in Anhui province.Methods Contrast analysis of revisal annual report of legal infectious disease from1999 to 2003 in Anhui province was made.Results The number of migrant tuberculosis cases was increased from 1999 to 2003 year by year.The increase speed of migrant tuberculosis cases was far higher than that of whole provincial tuberculosis cases.The rate of migrant sputum detection for TB was 40%~70%.Conclusion Intensifying management of migrant TB cases was key for controlling tuberculosis epidemic situation in Anhui province.更多还原
