【摘要】 目的　分析农民工职业危害现状及存在问题,探讨加强农民工健康监护的对策。方法　对我国农民工职业危害因素及农民工职业病多发的相关资料进行分析。结果　农民工健康监护突出的问题是职业卫生监督不力,企业法制观念淡漠,劳动用工制度混乱,农民工权益得不到保障。结论　应严格执法,强化管理,完善职业卫生监督管理体系,规范劳动用工制度,建立农民工健康监护档案,维护农民工健康权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the occupational hazard and problems of peasant-workers and discuss the countermeasures to enforce the health supervision for peasant-workers. Methods Related data were analyzed. Factors of occupational hazard and high frequency of occupational disease of peasant-workers were studied. Results Sanitary inspection was not enough for the health supervision of peasant-workers. The enterprise hadn’t enough legal sense and had some confusion in the system of recruitment. Peasant-workers’ rights and interests could not be guaranteed. Conclusions We should execute the law strictly, enhance management system, consummate the system of occupational health supervision, improve system of recruitment, set up archives for health supervision of peasant-workers, maintain peasant-workers’ rights and interests.更多还原
