【摘要】 目的:探讨超声在腹部闭合性损伤的诊断价值。方法:对2001-2005年间143例经超声检查腹部闭合性损伤合并腹腔积液患者进行回顾性分析。结果:在143例中,经CT或手术证实,腹部实质性脏器损伤130例,超声诊断与其结果相符者为112例,诊断符合率为86％。非实质性脏器损伤13例,超声疑诊与其结果相符者为5例,诊断符合率为 38％。结论:超声对腹部闭合性损伤的诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in blunt abdominal trauma. Methods The ultrasound imaging of 143 cases with blunt abdominal trauma and intraperitoneal fluid were analyzed retrospectively during 2001-2005. Results There were 130 cases with solid organ injury and 130 cases with hollow organ injurh confirmed by CT and surgery, 112 cases with solid organ injury and 5 cases with hollow organ injury consisted with ultrasonic diagnosis. The solid organ injury and the hollow organ injury diagnostic accuracies were 86% and 38%.Conclusion It is highly valuable to apply ultrasound to diagnose blunt abdominal trauma.更多还原
