【摘要】 目的:探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的护理方法及其临床价值,提高护理质量。方法:回顾性分析36例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的护理,以循证护理观为指导进行前期准备;术前制定护理计划,做好心理护理及一般常规准备;术后施行针对性护理,着重呼吸道管理、心电监护、观察引流管情况和腰腹部体征,鼓励早期活动。结果:所有病例均治愈出院,无一例有与护理相关的严重并发症发生。结论:精心正确的围手术期护理,对于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术病人的顺利治愈起着重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the nursing methods and clinical value of the laparoscopic operation of urologic diseases and improve the nursing level. Methods The nursing data of 36 urologic cases undergoing laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed. The early preparation was done according to the evidence-based nursing. The nursing plan was produced before operation which included the normal and psychological nursing. The postoperative nursing was important in the following aspects: controlling the respiratory tract, monitoring the electrocardiogram, watching the catherter and the signs of waist and abdomen, encouraging the early activity. Results All cases were cured with satisfaction. No complication related to the nursing occurred. Conclusion It is important to nurse the urologic patients with laparoscopic operation correctly and carefully.更多还原
