【摘要】 目的:通过对临床教学资源的优化整合,提高临床教学质量。方法:分析临床教学资源配置中存在的主要问题,相应在人力资源,教学经费投入,物质保证及教学管理等方面进行优化整合。结果:确定合适的学生数量;加强师资队伍及教学管理队伍建设;加大教学经费投入,改善临床教学条件;充分利用教学信息资源能进一步提高教学质量,提高教学资源利用率。结论:对临床教学资源进行优化整合,有利于提高临床教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve clinical teaching quality through the optimized conformity of clinical teaching resources. Methods To analyse the problems existing in clinical teaching resource distribution, then conformably optimize in the human resources, teaching funds, the material guarantees and management for teaching correspondingly. Results Confirm student’s quantity; Strengthen building up of teachers and management; Increase the input in teaching funds, improve the clinical teaching condition; Fully utilize the teaching information resources to improve teaching quality, improve the teaching resource utilization rate.
