【摘要】 目的:探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤行腔内支架植入术的护理配合措施。方法:结合资料分析2例主动脉夹层动脉瘤行腔内支架植入术的临床护理要点。结果:2例病人手术顺利,术后恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论:术前加强生命体征、疼痛的观察,及时有效地控制血压、镇静、止痛,做好术前教育。术后重视并发症的观察,做好相应的出院指导,对确保该术的效果具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effectiveness of nursing patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm undergoing interventional stents. Methods Major points of nursing two patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm undergoing international treatment were analysed. Results The two patients were successfully treated and recovered well with no complications. Conclusion It is important to observe intensively the vital signs, pain feelings, and effectively control blood pressure, sedative and analgesia in time. Pre-interventional education for patients was also necessary. Much attention should be paid to observation of complications and relative outpatient care-guide. Such measures played an important role in guarantee for the effectiveness of intervention.更多还原
