【摘要】 目的:探讨全肠灌洗液最佳的给药时间。方法:对216例结肠镜检查者随机分为术前日8pm(A组)、术日6Am(B组)、术日10Am(C组)服药三个时间段。根据结肠道清洁程度,检查成功率、术中耐受性以及副作用表现进行评价。结果:三组肠道清洁度和检查成功率无显著差异,A组术中耐受性明显低于B、C组。结论:10Am给药(即术前4～6h)是最佳的给药时间,肠道准备时间短,副作用少,患者易于接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the best time of using coloclyster. Methods 216 cases were randomly divided into group A,B ,and C according to different time of using coloclyster.Meanwhile, success rate , tolerance in operation and side effects were evaluated according to the cleanness of colon. Results There was no significant difference in three groups so far as cleanness and success rate were concerned ,but tolerance in group A was obviously lower than that in group B and C. Conclusion It is the best time to use coloclyster at 10 a.m.(that is 4-6 hours before operation),which has the advantage of short preparing time and few side effects and is easy to be accepted by the patients.更多还原
