急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭的机械通气治疗

【摘要】 目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒并发呼吸衰竭机械通气治疗的方法及其疗效。方法:应用机械通气治疗42例急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭。结果:在使用机械通气过程中监测经皮血氧饱和度、血气分析、心电图、血压、阿托品用量等并调整呼吸机参数结果。42例中,11例一次停机,25例逐步停机,2例死亡,4例因经济困难放弃治疗。结论:机械通气是急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭的有效治疗方法,在应用过程中及时调整呼吸机参数,合理应用阿托品,防止并发症十分重要。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and estimate the efficacy and methods of mechanical ventilation on the treatment of patients with severity organophosphorous insecticides intoxication induced respiratory failure. Methods 42 cases of severe organophosphorous insecticides intoxication induced respiratory failure were treated with artificial controlled respiratory failure were treated with artificial controlled mechanical ventilation. The changes of clinical symptoms, arterial blood gas(PH,PaO2, PaCO2,SaO2), Spo2,EKG,BP and the dose of atropine were measured to evaluate the efficacy of artificial controlled mechanical ventilation. Results 36 cases were saved successfully, 2 cases died, and 4 cases were called off on account of the money. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an effective method to cure severity organophosphorus insecticides intoxication with respiratory failure.
