安徽省运动训练系统人才存在的问题与对策
THE EXISTING PROBLEM AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING SYSTEM IN ANHUI PROVINCE
【摘要】 在分析安徽省运动训练系统内人才结构性基础上,运用管理学和社会学的研究方法,针对省情对其人才队伍学历状况、年龄结构、任教来源以及专业学科建设等方面所存在的问题进行了较系统的研究.
【Abstract】 Based on interior talents structure of the training system and by the method of manage science and sociology, the paper makes a systematic study according to record of formal schooling, age structure, teachers sources and major subject construction.
