新型锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2纳米晶的制备与电化学性能

【摘要】 运用溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了层状锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0 .5Mn0 .5O2 的纳米粒子,并利用XRD ,TEM ,SEM手段进行了表征,电化学测试性能满意.在电压范围为2 .5 - 4.5V和电流密度为0 .1mA·cm- 2 的条件下,该正极材料能释放出1 5 9.8mAh·g- 1 /Li的容量
【Abstract】 LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 nanoparticles as cathode material for lithium ion battery have been successfully synthesized through a sol-gel method, and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical tests show that it delivers a large discharge capacity of 159.8 mA h·g-1 vs. Li metal at 0.1 mA·cm-2with voltage window of 2.5-4.5 V.
