pH值和温度对虎纹蛙消化系统蛋白酶活力的影响
EFFECTS OF pH AND TEMPERATURE ON THE PROTEASE ACTIVITY IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM OF RANA RUGULOSA
【摘要】 采用福林-酚试剂法,就pH值和温度对虎纹蛙(Ranarugulosa)消化系统蛋白酶活力的影响进行了研究.结果表明,虎纹蛙食道、胃、前肠、后肠、直肠和胰脏蛋白酶的最适pH值分别为1.5、1.5、7.4、7.4、7.4和9.6,最适温度则均为50℃.文中对蛙类的人工养殖提出了几点建议.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>Effects of pH and temperature on the protease activity in the digestive system of Rana rugulosa were analyzed by Folin-method in this paper. The optimum pH value of protease in esophagus, stomach, duodenum, ileum, rectum and pancreas was 1.5, 1.5, 7.4, 7.4, 7.4 and 9.6, respectively. Their optimum temperature were equally 50℃. According to the characteristic of protease, some advice on the artificial culture of frog was given in this paper.
