【Abstract】 At present, more and more guilds and chambers of commerce emerge in China, but they are hampered to elaborate their functions owing to the unclear legal status and some overlapping functions between them. The purpose of the article is to appeal for a relevant law to explicit the legal status of guilds and chambers of commerce by analyzing the relations between the two so as to bring their functions into better play and boosting economic development and prosperity in China.更多还原
