【Abstract】 The overall planning for urban-rural development is an important way to build a harmonious society. Because Anhui province is a major less-developed agricultural province, the government should adjust and change its lines of thinking in work. By analyzing the binary structure of urban-rural division, the paper advances the necessity and realistic basis as well as the basic train of thought and guiding principle of overall planning for urban-rural development, according to which it raises a series of focalized and manipulate countermeasures for decision-makers’ reference.更多还原
