高校毕业生违约问题的原因与对策
On the Reasons and Countermeasures of University Graduates’ Breaking the Contracts
【摘要】 要加强对大学生就业指导和职业生涯规划的指导,加强诚信教育和法制教育,建立诚信机制,完善就业协议条款,使其与劳动合同接轨并加大就业仲裁力度,从而降低高校毕业生违约率。
【Abstract】 We should strengthen the guidance for students’ job-seeking and for their professional plan,strengthen the education of credit and law,establish credit mechanism,perfect the employment contract,link it with labor contract and enforce the arbitraion to reduce the rate of students’ breaking contract.
