【Abstract】 Huainan Railway was built to solve the difficulty of transporting Huainan coal outside,which was mainly taken charge by Zhang Jingjiang, director of construction committee of Nanjing Nationalist Government. Its construction completely depended on domestic funds and technical personnel. It was a successful model in China’s railway constructions by the fast speed and low price of the construction, and the high efficiency when put into use.
