L-抗坏血酸处理辐照豌豆种子的细胞学效应
Cytology Effect of Irradiated Pea with Different L-ascorbic Acid Concentration
【摘要】 豌豆种子经60Coγ射线辐照后,用L-抗坏血酸溶液浸泡,研究不同浓度L-抗坏血酸溶液处理辐照豌豆种子的细胞学效应。结果表明:经不同浓度的L-抗坏血酸处理,对辐照产生的染色体畸变率、微核细胞率、发芽率、成苗率、细胞分裂指数均有明显的影响。在较低浓度(<0.05mol/L)处理条件下,发芽率、成苗率、细胞分裂指数明显上升,染色体畸变率、微核细胞率呈下降趋势。在处理浓度为0.05mol/L时,效果明显;在较高浓度(>0.05 mol/L)处理条件下,其效应相应减弱。
【Abstract】 The seeds of pea were irradiated by different dose of 60Co γ ray,which were soaked in the different concentrations of Vc solution and were studied in the sprout rate,micro-nuclear rate,mitosis index,chromosome aberration type and frequency.The results showed that:the root tip cells of pea could be aberrated by 60Co γ ray.There was amazing function to the rate of sprout,seeding and cell mitosis by small concentration of Vc.With the irradiation dose increasing,inhibition was more obvious.Between 0~300 Gy,the aberration rate of chromosome and nuclear were reduced effectively by 0.05 mol/L concentration of Vc solution.
