【摘要】 采用PCR-SSCP方法,分析了东北民猪、大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪共313头个体PRLR基因位点的多态性与产仔性能的关系,同时分析了这4个群体是否为平衡群体。结果表明:除东北民猪外,大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克氏猪均处于遗传基础极度不平衡状态;多态性检测共检测到6种基因型AA、BB、CC、AB、AC、BC,推测PRLR位点的不同基因型对产仔性能的影响是:AA>AC>AB>CC。更多还原

【Abstract】 The polymorphisms of PRLR gene of 313 Northeast Min pig,Large White sows,Long sows and Duroc were investigated by PCR-SSCP and the relationship between polymorphism and litter size traits were analyzed.At the same time we analyzed these four colony whether were balanced.The results were that except Northeast Min pig,Large White sows,Long sows and Duroc were all in the situation of extremity imbalance;the polymorphisms of this locus were found and obtained with six genotype AA,BB,CC,AB,AC,BC.We presumed that different genotypes of PRLR had different effects on the litter size by the order AA>AC>AB>CC.更多还原
