【摘要】 以86-1号、冀棉668、新棉99B、中棉19及中棉12共5个棉花栽培品种为材料,利用15对SSR引物对其随机选择个体进行分析,确定分析品种纯度所需引物数,为棉花品种资源的保存及品种指纹图谱的建立提供理论依据。通过15对SSR引物对5个品种各选100个单株的检测和引物组合法检测,发现中棉12品种纯度最高为98%,86-1号最低为85%。引物组合法具有高效性和结果可靠性,完全可以用于检测品种纯度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to determine the numbers of SSR primers in the purity identification of cotton cultivars,five cultivars:86-1,Ji668,99B,Zhong 19 and Zhong 12,were used as the materials and analyzed by SSR markers located at the different linkage groups.Fifteen SSR primers from 5 linkage groups were used to test the each of 100 random selected individuals of them.The results indicated that Zhong 12 showed the highest purity and 86-1 showed the lowest purity.The purity of cotton cultivars was detected effectively and credibly.更多还原
