【摘要】 从种类资源、产地分布、化学成分、生物学特性、组织细胞培养、分子水平的研究和保护措施等方面综述了黄连属植物的研究进展。由于黄莲属植物应用范围广,需求量大,特别是过度采挖已造成黄连属植物严重破坏,导致有些种已濒临绝灭。为此,提出对黄连属植物应亟待开展的基础研究和应采取的相关保护措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research development of Coptis resources was reviewed in the aspects of species resource, geographic distribution, biological characters, cell and tissue culture, molecular research and protective measure. Extending in applied scope, increasing in demands, especially excessive gathering medicine herbs had brought serious damage to the species of Coptis and some of the species of Coptis became nearly extinct. Up to now, no effective conservation steps had been taken, thus much more basic studies should be done and some protective measures were proposed.更多还原
