【Abstract】 The relationship between human and environment is the core of sustainable development. The economy in Hebei Province has increased steadily and consumption level of people has been improved in recent years. However, the inconsistency between human and resources was becoming increasingly obvious. The application capability in agriculture and water resources was analyzed with the method of the relative coefficient; the reasons were discussed and some advices for the future development of Hebei Province were put forward.更多还原
