【Abstract】 The improved CTAB method was used to extract Vitis genomic DNA, and well-purified DNA was obtained and qualified for RAPD-PCR in this study.Different PCR programs and the ingredients in RAPD reaction system were experimentally selected and an optimal program of the RAPD analysis for vitis genomics was settled. The twenty-nine species could be identified by the amplified bands from the 3 primers employed in this experiment.更多还原
