抗生素对草莓内生菌的抑制

【摘要】 研究了几种常用抗生素对草莓章姬内生菌的抑制效果。结果表明:卡那霉素(Kanamycin)不仅对内生菌无抑制效果,而且对植株有毒害作用;头孢霉素(Cefotaxime)和羧苄青霉素(Carbenicillin)的抑菌效果不明显,但对试管苗生长有促进作用;青霉素G钠(PenicinllinGsodium)浓度为400mg/L时抑菌率可达100%,且对植株的生长有明显促进作用。

【Abstract】 Effects of several kinds of antibiotics on the endopyhtic bacteria in strawberry variety-Zoji and the shoot growth in vitro were studied. The results showed that Kanamycin had no effects on the endophytic bacteria and was harmful to the plants. Carbenicillin and Cefotaxime didn’t have significant effects on the endophytic bacteria, while they could improve the growth of in vitro shoots. The growth of the endopyhtic bacteria were 100 percent inhibited and the growth of the plants was obviously improved when the concentration of Penicinllin G sodium was at 400 mg/L.
