【Abstract】 By ELISA , the dynamic change daily of CTK in cutting chrysanthemum and its change after different treatments were measured. The result indicated there were two kinds of CTKs(Z and iPA ) in cutting chrysanthemum and CTK was the major factor affecting senescence. The best cutting time was in the morning.更多还原
