天然药物保鲜剂对草莓品质和组织中自由基代谢的影响
Effects of Natural Drug Antistaling Agent on Quality and Metabolism of Free Radicals in Strawberry Tissue
【摘要】 研究了天然药物保鲜剂对草莓品质和组织中自由基代谢的影响。结果表明 :天然药物保鲜剂能显著提高草莓新鲜度和质量指数 ,降低腐烂率 ;同时 ,还能明显增加草莓组织细胞中SOD和POD的活性 ,显著降低组织中LPO的浓度。提示天然药物保鲜剂有较好的消除自由基、延缓草莓细胞衰老、抑制微生物和改善细胞呼吸功能的作用。
【Abstract】 Effects of natural drug antistaling agent on quality and metabolism of free Radicals in strawberry tissue were studied in the paper. The results showed that natural drug antistaling agent significently enhanced the fresh degree and sensory quality of strawberry, decreased the rot rate of strawberry, at the same time, natural drug antistaling agent significently increased the activities of SOD and POD in strawberry tissue, greatly inhibited the concentration of LPO in strawberry tissue. These results suggested that natural drug antistaling agent possessed the reliable functions of eliminating the free radicals, delaying the cell aging, inhibiting the microbe and improving the function of cell respiration of in strawberry tissue.
