【摘要】 瓜尔豆子叶和下胚轴为外植体 ,采用均匀设计试验 ,研究了基本培养基、激素水平、蔗糖浓度和活性炭对愈伤组织诱导率的影响。结果表明 :瓜尔豆子叶愈伤诱导率高于下胚轴 ;黑皮型瓜尔豆子叶愈伤诱导率高于白皮型 ;2 ,4 D浓度与愈伤组织的诱导率成正相关 ,且与外植体有很强的交互作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many factors such as culture medium, explants, hormone, sucrose, active carbon were studied in this trial,these factors influence the formation of the callus in cotyledon or hypocotyl culture of guar. The results shows that callus inducement frequency of cotyledon is higher than of hypocotyl and that of black-hull guar′s cotyledon is higher than white-hull one.The effect of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) in callus inducement is positive and there is great interaction between 2,4-D and explants.更多还原
