单粒稻米直链淀粉含量测定法的改进
Study on the Determination of Amylose Content of Single Rice Grain
【摘要】 采用农业部部颁标准法与改进的单粒米法测定稻米直链淀粉含量。结果表明 :单粒米法与部颁标准法所测结果基本一致 ,用改进的单粒米法测定直链淀粉含量 ,分析数据变异小 ;2种方法所测结果相差≤ 0 .5 % ,且重复性好。该方法适用于稻米的直链淀粉含量遗传研究。
【Abstract】 Through the results obtained from modified single rice grain and the standard method of Ministry of Agriculture, it indicated that two results were same basically and the difference was less than 0.5 percent. Co-efficient of variation from single rice grain method was very low. So, the method may be properly used in the analysis of the inheritance of amylose content.
